Dr. Scheuer has been at Aspen Valley Hospital since 1998. She practices full spectrum family medicine and enjoys taking care of all members of the community and your family. At Aspen Medical Care Dr. Scheuer treats sick children, does well child care, deals with both women's and men's health issues, and enjoys practicing preventive medicine. Her fluency in Spanish and American Sign Language has been invaluable to her work in the Roaring Fork Valley.

She recently started a non-profit for victims of HIV and AIDS in the third world called Eye on the World, Inc.

Dr. Guggenheim recently relocated from Denver. She sees children and adolescents from birth through college. As a wife and mother of two children, she appreciates the demands and concerns that raising children brings. She strives to work with families to provide the best care and guidance for preventative and acute care. Her outside interests include
spending time with her family, skiing, music, traveling, hiking and camping.

Amy Covington is an Aspen native who returned to the area in 1996 to practice Emergency Medicine at Aspen Valley Hospital. She joined Aspen Medical Care in 2000 and loves the relationships she has developed with her patients in a family practice setting. She has particular interests in women's health and asthma, but enjoys all aspects of family medicine. She is fluent in Spanish. Amy is also the Client Care Coordinator for a local nonprofit called the Aspen Cancer Survivor Center.
